When Can You Return?
We accept returns in the following situations:
- Defective or damaged items: If your product arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
- Incorrect items: If you received the wrong product or wrong variation.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our responsibility: If the return is due to a defective product, damage, or our error — we cover return shipping.
- Customer responsibility: For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days and issued to your original payment method.
