Refund and Returns Policy

At Blessglow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (wrong item or wrong variation), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if confirmed to be our responsibility, provide one of the following at your choice:
- A full refund (including original shipping costs)
- A replacement shipment (at no additional cost)
1.2 Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or if the product simply does not meet your expectations without a valid quality issue. All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect as described in Section 1.1.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or accidental damage after receipt
- Products returned without prior authorization from our customer service team
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at admin@blessglow.com or via WhatsApp at +86 17766440992 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs (if applicable) showing the defect or damage.
- We will review your request and respond within 48 hours of receiving your return inquiry.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Our responsibility: If the return is due to a defective product, damaged item, or our error (wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer responsibility: If the return is for any other reason not covered by Section 1.1 (e.g., buyer’s remorse — though such returns are generally not accepted per Section 1.2), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2–4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- Refunds for defective/damaged/incorrect items (our responsibility) will include the full product price plus original shipping costs.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing times (typically 3–10 business days for credit cards, faster for PayPal).
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please initiate a return per Section 3. Once the return is processed and refunded, you may place a new order for the correct item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
