Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

We want you to love your Blessglow piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized or custom items are final sale.

Starting a return is simple:

• Email us at support@blessglow.com with your order number
• We'll provide a return shipping label within 24 hours
• Pack the item carefully in its original packaging
• Drop it off at the carrier location

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

We carefully inspect and pack every item before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Our bracelets and pendants are made from high-quality materials, including:

• Natural Gemstones: Tiger eye, jade, obsidian, rose quartz, amethyst, turquoise, and more
• Metals: 316L stainless steel (hypoallergenic), gold-plated brass, and sterling silver
• Cords: Wax-coated polyester braid and traditional Chinese knotting cord
• Beads: 8mm–12mm natural stone beads, hand-selected for quality

All materials are nickel-free and designed for sensitive skin.

To keep your Blessglow piece looking beautiful:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals
• Remove before swimming, showering, or working out
• Store in a dry, cool place — preferably in the pouch or box provided
• Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth
• Natural gemstones are delicate; avoid dropping or knocking them against hard surfaces

With proper care, your Blessglow piece will last for years.

Most of our bracelets come in a standard size that fits wrist circumferences of 15–19 cm (6–7.5 inches). The adjustable sliding knot design means one size fits most.

For a perfect fit, measure your wrist with a soft tape measure just below the wrist bone. Add 1–1.5 cm (0.5 inches) for a comfortable fit. Check our Size Guide for detailed instructions.

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Whether you want a specific combination of gemstones, a custom engraving, or a piece that combines multiple symbols, we can make it. Contact us with your ideas, and we'll work with our artisans to create something unique for you.

Custom orders typically take 7–14 days to craft, plus shipping time.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and can no longer be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
