At Blessglow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer direct exchanges, this page explains how we handle situations where an exchange may be needed.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow our return process instead:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Initiate a return per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Once your return is processed and refunded, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Why We Don’t Offer Direct Exchanges
Processing returns and new orders separately allows us to:
- Ensure inventory accuracy across our fulfillment centers
- Process your replacement order as quickly as a new purchase
- Avoid shipping delays caused by cross-border return logistics
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the issue is our fault (defective product, damage during transit, or wrong item shipped):
- We provide a full refund (product price + original shipping cost)
- You can place a new order immediately — you don’t need to wait for the return to arrive
- Alternatively, we can arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, after consulting with you
