Thank you for shopping at Blessglow. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship using reliable international carriers. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on your destination and the size/weight of the package.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. If you are located in a region we cannot ship to, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control — such as customs delays, weather events, or carrier disruptions — may affect delivery time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
7. Shipping Origin
Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. Some products may be shipped from our overseas warehouses depending on stock availability and destination.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Blessglow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the loss or damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:
- Offer a full refund, or
- Arrange a re-shipment (after consulting with you)
Claims for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier must be handled directly with the carrier. Blessglow is not responsible for package theft after delivery confirmation.
10. Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, the product price will be refunded, but original shipping costs will not be refunded.
